The height of pallet racking uprights depends on the height of your warehouse. Generally speaking, most companies have a warehouse height of less than 10 meters, so we commonly see pallet racking uprights with a height of 3-8 meters. Using the ASRS system as a reference, the maximum height of pallet racking posts that Mracking can manufacture is approximately 28 meters.

The use of upright protectors for pallet rack uprights is not mandatory, but from a safety point of view, Mracking recommends that you use upright protectors for pallet rack uprights, which can greatly reduce safety hazards by preventing rack collapse due to forklift impacts. Typically, Mracking uses Q235B cold-rolled steel to make pallet rack uprights. This steel is hard, tough and has a long service life, making it an ideal material for pallet rack uprights. However, the disadvantage of Q235B cold-rolled steel is that it tends to rust. In order to overcome this problem, Mracking will use electrostatic powder coating process to coat the surface of the upright with a layer of paint, which can effectively prevent the problem of rusting of the upright. The pallet rack processed by this process will not produce problems such as paint loss and rusting even after ten years of use under normal environment.
