The production process of racking
The base of heavy-duty cantilever racks can be made of H-beam or special profiles. The selection of H-beam is based on the requirements of load-bearing and the corresponding choice of national standard steel. The upper side of the h-beam is opened with the column bolt connection eye to facilitate the connection with the column. The bottom side is welded to the bottom plate, and the expansion bolt eye is opened above the bottom plate to connect the rack to the ground with expansion bolts. To fix the racks.
Heavy-duty cantilever racks use special profiles for the base, and two pieces of c-beams are welded together back to back with connecting steel plates, the width of which is the width of the column. The width of the connecting steel plate is the width of the column. After the welding of the two pieces of c-beams is completed, the connecting bolt eye is opened at the position of the connecting column to facilitate the connection with the column. The cantilever pipe rack column is welded together by two pieces of c-beam. c-beam is made of q235 high quality strip steel, rolled into c-beam by rolling mill line, and then punched out arm connection control on automatic punching machine with 140mm hole spacing. a connecting steel plate will be welded under the column if it is connected with H-beam. If the connection with a special profile is adopted, the bolt connection hole will be opened at the connection part under the column.
Production material of cantilever storage racks
Cantilever storage racks are generally made of two types of materials
- Made of square tube: cantilever storage racks are made according to the corresponding arm layer load requirements, first select the square tube that meets the layer load requirements, cut it into the required size, weld the anti-slip guard at one end, and weld the connection u-type column connection at the other end.
- Made of c-beam: cantilever storage racks are made according to the corresponding arm layer load requirements, and the specifications of c-beam are selected first, and then two pieces of c-beam are butt-welded after selection, and the anti-slip guard is welded at one end after welding, and the u-shaped column connector is welded at the other end.
Cantilever pipe rack column piece and column piece connected by connecting rod, connecting rod is generally made of rectangular tube. In order to increase safety and stability, a flat iron back pull is added to the connecting rod to tightly fix the column piece.

Features of the warehouse cantilever rack
1、Only suitable for long strip or long volume goods storage.
